Overlook
Overlook is a unique one off print is created using both collagraph and block printing techniques. Textured shapes in a palette of bright colours overlap evoking architectural forms. On show at Sarah Wiseman Gallery in Oxford as part of the Colour Balance exhibition 24 February to 25 March 2023.
The transparency of the printed shapes enables interactions between colours to be seen.
The print is created using oil based inks on somerset 300gsm cotton rag paper. The image size is 28 x 28 cm without a border securely float mounted in a 42 x 42 x 2cm white textured solid wood frame.
Picture glass can be replaced with acrylic glazing to enable print to be posted. As with all works of art care should be taken to display or store away from direct sunlight. See print care and delivery FAQ’s here
